i really loved the room. it was an executive superior and had amazing views. the staff were all helpful and cute.
parts of the hotel seemed like a maze i thought. the hot water in the shower did not come immediately i needed to wait for it.

the location is superb! it's a short walk to many attractions and the views are fine. our room had all the extras you could want, including a comfy bed and modern amenities. the staff provided excellent service and were always ready to assist with any request, so nice.
the bathroom lacked a door and the shower space was quite small. i think adding doors to the bathrooms would greatly improve the privacy and comfort.

the breakfast was a good start to the day. it included various cooked options. the staff were really helpful , they assisted with taxi bookings. the hotel location offers convenient access to local attractions.
The bathroom setup was not ideal. the toilet lacked a proper door. This posed privacy concerns. the curtains did not fully block out light, it made sleeping difficult. the spa seemed overpriced, i didn't use it.

I was very grateful for the excellent breakfast. the selection was diverse and the food tasted fresh. i also liked the bar. The cocktails tasted great and the bartender provided quick service. the hotel offered a convenient location close to many attractions.
The hotel gym needs an update. i noticed some of the equipment looked worn. there was a noticeable perfume scent in the reception area. It was a little strong for me. the room lighting was insufficient. Dim lighting affected the ambiance.

The room provided two balconies. One connected to the bedroom and another to the sitting room. The room included a kettle, Nespresso machine, fridge, iron, and hairdryer. Breakfast featured a cook preparing eggs exactly as requested and staff offered juice.
I noticed some wear and tear on furniture which is not expected in a five star hotel.
